At any given point in game I (along with many others I presume) will be kicked from the game for a variety of reasons. Here's the list i've come up with.
Opening a door: Script Restriction
Unlocking a door: Script Restriction
Repairing a helicopter or vehicle: More Script Restriction
Randomly for no apparent reason: Script Restriction and You were kicked from the game
Clicking the "Trader Menu" button: You were kicked from the game
Looting a mission crate (This one really grinds my gears): You were kicked from the game or Script Restriction
That is my list.
Note: Kicks get more prevalent while driving or flying a vehicle

These legitimate kicks are fixed very quickly, which means they shouldn't be happening at all the next day (assuming I don't get to them right after they happen).

Just make a note of the script restriction number and what you are doing to trigger it and bigegg the main man will sort it pretty sharpish
