While I like that you are so optimistic there are some problems. For one, just because a server has a good owner/scriptor doesn't mean that it will just magically get players again. The thing I have noticed about players leaving is they all say that its either a specific group on the server or just the server community as a whole that drove them away. For example, Blerkk and his friends were driven away by the brazilians. Most of edgars group says they just don't like the server community. Some people are also leaving because of "bad admins" however, I think this is just because of the lack of admins not a failure to do their job. Some people in particular (not naming anyone but you're probably reading this) cited the situation when me and my group called out a hacker and the admins did not listen and un-banned the hacker just because he submitted a ban appeal.
While I do not want to, I agree with them that there are huge problems with the server and the biggest ones are as follows:
Lack of admins
Bad 1.0.6.1 integration (this should be a null point if BigEgg is true to his word which I am sure he is)
Lack of players (I know, vicious cycle)
Lack of missions (even the kidnapped nona mission from 1.0.5.1 isn't in. We need more)
Bad 1.0.6.1 TRADER integration (again, should be a null point)
