Mission system exploiting

Top of the day to you all,
Today playing on udder I noticed a player continuously biking up to uncleared untouched missions to get the missions crate to pop smoke and start the next mission timer respectively. The Player was Paz Ortega. I told him it was a d bag move to do and is kinda an exploit imho. A couple others chimed in and also thought it was exploiting the system for personal gain. Mr./Mrs. Ortega strongly disagreed with our thought and continued to remark that he has an admin friend (El Chapo) and they do it all the time to get the mission spawns they want. First thing is if I just logged in or wasn't paying close enough attention to the map and spawns etc. I could easily get killed by mission AI and AA still up. Second thing is that the crate and mission AI despawn at interval possibly making it near impossible to actually get the crate rewards. Third I don't think the mission spawn system was setup for this sort of abuse and find it to be just that abusive and exploitative of the system that is in place. The mentality goes as such, " I don't like that mission and want an ikea mission right now". Chime in everyone.
