Restarts and Stary MB

I used to play on a server named damaged gaming. Udder is very similar and I am enjoying it. The dayz mod is a dieing gaming and what ive noticed in the past couple days of playing is after every restart, only half the players rejoin. I have also noticed that right before restart is when most players join, including me, and I thought if restarts were increased to 3-4 hours it might help out the rising population. I might be wrong cuz idk how well the server runs but something to think about until population gets rlly high. Also since novy has a trader a Military base at stary would be great. Stary is the center of the map and the closest MB to it is NWAF. These are my suggestions and hope you think about them. Thanks.

The Stary idea is already on my to-do list, as for the restarts, they will stay at 2 hours. Any longer and the lag gets worse (wait till the server is full). Good ideas though :)
