Issue Joining

In Game Name: Heisenberg and Smalljef12

We're brothers using the same internet to join. We're not computer people so we aren't familiar with proxies and VPNs. When either of us attempt to join the server, we are banned with the message saying we are using a proxy when in reality I don't even know how to install one. Meow mix pointed me to this thread to appeal our issue to you, BigEgg.
