If we allowed raidable bases I think we would have to add rules in that you have to VIDEO RECORD you raiding the base AND POST it on the FORUMS so we know everything was done legit. I could see problems with raiding bases and hacking safes. Especially with hacking safes would promote glitching into bases or at least making it more WORTH while to glitch into a base.

not everyone has the capacity to record their gameplay. you are always going to get people glitching into bases until you fix it. all of this doesnt matter because arma 2 is dead

Be sure to read the part where I mentioned that safe hacks would be logged. Also, it would be pretty obvious to tell if the doors had been taken down or not....

Again this is how I've seen OTHER servers do it as a preventive measure. But we will soon find out why if we allow this hahah :P

Here is how it would work:
Player walks up to safe with hotwire kit and 10k coins and clicks "hack."
The player has a 25% chance of it being successful.
If it succeeds, a marker and alert will be sent out to players.
The player hacking the safe will have to wait 5 minutes through a countdown timer.
The hack will be logged.
Keep in mind this is after the player gets into the base with a sledgehammer and they manage to find a hotwire kit and they manage to get a successful hack....

Not talking about safes so much as the people raiding bases. I could just see problems in the future that's all. BUT it's not really up to me it's up the community ;) this is just my 'two cents'. I'll respect the outcome of what the community or you (BigEgg) decide :) .
