Remove re-arm ability from mozzies [Spawned mozzies will come with nades still]

Remove re-arm ability from mozzies (meaning you can't go to the gas station and re-arm] but you can go to airport and buy another to get more nades.

This is also open to discussion, I've been having problems with player reports with kamikazing (idk if thats how you spell it) and grenade spam. So regardless of the community vote I will be bringing this up to to BiggEgg and see what he thinks.

I think you shouldn't be able to kamikaze, or somehow make it more expensive.

If no kamikaze is implemented it should only be no kami with mozzies or autogyros. Make it so the kamikazers need to actually spend something to kami which will deter them from doing it.

Perfect. I'd say only the more expensive vehicles you can kami with.

it prevents base camping which is complained about more from "other" people
